Lynmouth, Devon
The town of Lyn mouth in Devon sits between Exmoor and the sea. In 1953 the town was subjected to severe flooding and the river channel was engineered to try and alleviate future flooding. It has also created a wonderful riverside space to be enjoyed by all.
